European-ottoman Treaties At The Beginning Of The Twentieth Century: The Ouchy-lausanne Treaty As A Model

Abstract

This study is a serious research aimed at defining one of the agreements concluded between the Italians and the Ottomans, based on what was known to the Europeans as sharing the estate of the sick man, in a small reference to the Ottoman state and its weakness. Unfortunately, the final result of this agreement was the entry of the Italians into Libya. تعتبر هذه الدّراسة بحثا جادّا يرمي إلى التّعريف بواحدة من الاتفاقيات التّي أبرمت بين الإيطاليين والعثمانيين، استنادا إلى ما عرف لدى الأوروبيين باقتسام تركة الرّجل المريض، في إشارة صاغرة للدّولة العثمانية وما أصابها من ضعف، وللأسف فإن النّتيجة النهائية لهذه الاتفاقية قضت بدخول الإيطاليين إلى ليبيا.
