نحو تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي من خلال تبني أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية: دراسة استطلاعية لآراء موظفي شركة سونلغاز Towards Achieving Job Satisfaction By Adopting The Dimensions Of The Quality Of Work Life: An Exploratory Study Of The Opinions Of Sonelgaz Employees

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه جودة الحياة الوظيفية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي بشركة سونلغاز بولاية الجلفة، حيث صممنا أنموذج فرضي يفسر طبيعة العلاقة بيم المتغيرين، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، حيث وزعت على عينة قصدية مكونة من (35) عاملا من المستويات الإدارية المختلفة (العليا والوسطى والدنيا) بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة، ولتحليل نتائج الدراسة اعتمدنا على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (α≤0.05) تبرز مساهمة جودة الحياة الوظيفية بأبعادها المختلفة في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج المتحصل عليها تمت صياغة جملة من المقترحات التي تفيد واقع العمل التنظيمي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية محل الدراسة. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role that the quality of work life can play in achieving job satisfaction at Sonelgaz Company in the state of Djelfa, where we designed a hypothetical model that explains the nature of the relationship between the two variables, T o achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting data, which was distributed to a purposive sample consisting of (35) workers from different administrative levels (senior, middle, and lower) in the institution under study. The descriptive approach was relied upon to describe the variables of the study. To analyze the results of the study, we relied on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Through this study, we have reached a set of results, most notably the presence of a statistically significant relationship at a significant level (α≤0.05) that highlights the contribution of the quality of work life, in its various dimensions, to achieving job satisfaction. In light of these results obtained, a set of proposals have been formulated that benefit the reality of Organizational work in the economic institution under study.
