Economic Empowerment Of Algerian Women: An Analytical Study Of Adopted Strategies And Current Challenges

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reality of the economic empowerment of Algerian women by evaluating the strategies adopted by Algeria to enhance the role of women in the economy, with a focus on the current challenges facing them. The results showed that Algeria has adopted a set of policies that have contributed relatively to improving the level of economic empowerment of women, but many obstacles still exist and hinder the achievement of full economic empowerment, which necessitates further social and economic reforms to enhance the role of women in the economy.
