الملخص
الدّعم التّربويّ والمعالجة البيداغوجيّة وسيلتان فعّالتان لبناء تعلّمات متقدمة ترتقي بالممارسة التّربويّة وتجدّدها، بهدف تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص وتقليل الفوارق، حيث يؤدّي الدّعم التّربويّ دورًا حيويًّا في تطوير قدرات ومهارات المتعلّمين، وهو جزء أساسيّ من عملية التّعلّم إذ يقوم بتشخيصها وتعديلها وتوجيهها عبر مراحلها المختلفة. وتتضمن هذه الوظيفة سلسلة من الإجراءات والأنشطة والأدوات التي تُمكّن من تحديد نقاط الضّعف أو التّأخّر الدّراسيّ للمتعلّمين خاصّة في مرحلة التّعليم الابتدائيّ. فتجربة الدّعم التّربويّ والمعالجة البيداغوجيّة تمثّل فرصة لتعزيز نقاط القوّة وتوفير وسيلة للوقاية من التّعثّرات الّتي قد تؤدي إلى الفشل الدّراسيّ، وهي دعامة أساسيّة لنجاح مشروع التّعليم وتجديد ممارسات التربية وتحقيق أهدافها، بالتّالي الرّفع من مردود المنظومة التّربويّة. Educational support and pedagogical treatment are two effective means of building advanced learning that advances and renews educational practice, with the aim of achieving equal opportunities and reducing disparities. Educational support plays a vital role in developing the abilities and skills of learners, and it is an essential part of the learning process as it diagnoses, modifies and directs it through its various stages. This function includes a series of procedures, activities and tools that enable the identification of weaknesses or academic delays of learners, especially in the primary education stage. The experience of educational support and pedagogical treatment represents an opportunity to enhance strengths and provide a means of preventing stumbles that may lead to academic failure. It is an essential pillar for the success of the education project, the renewal of educational practices, and the achievement of its goals, thus increasing the returns of the educational system.
