Résumé
L’objet de cet article est l’appréciation de la relation entre la Responsabilité Sociétale de l’Entreprise sa et performance financière avec comme cas pratique le volet social de Cevital Agro-industrie. La méthode «Analyse-Coûts-Avantages » (ACA) a été utilisée afin de mesurer cette relation. Les résultats de l’étude ont conclus une relation positive entre les deux variables, constatable à travers l’évolution significative des indicateurs de performance du volet social qui vont se répercuter à terme de manière indirecte sur la performance financière de l’entreprise. The purpose of this article is to assess the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and financial performance with the social aspect of Cevital Agro-industrie as a practical case. The “Cost-Benefit Analysis” (ACA) method was used to measure this relationship. The results of the study concluded a positive relationship between the two variables, observable through the significant evolution of the performance indicators of the social aspect which will ultimately have an indirect impact on the financial performance of the company.
