الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح اتجاهات إدارة الجزائر لسياستها النقدية والمالية في ظل تقلبات أسعار النفط، من خلال تحليل وتقييم عمل السياستين في حالة تحسن أسعار النفط للفترة (2000-2014)، وفي حالة تدهور أسعار النفط للفترة (2015-2020)، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تتبع سياسة مالية توسعية وسياسة نقدية حذرة في حالة تحسن أسعار النفط، بينما تتجه إلى السياسة المالية الانكماشية والنقدية التحفيزية في حالة تدهور أسعار النفط The study aimed to clarify Algeria's management trends for its monetary and fiscal policy in light of oil price fluctuations, by analyzing and evaluating the work of the two policies in the case of an improvement in oil prices for the period (2000-2014), and in the case of a deterioration in oil prices for the period (2015-2020). The study concluded that Algeria follows an expansionary fiscal policy and a cautious monetary policy in the case of an improvement in oil prices, while it tends towards a contractionary fiscal policy and a stimulating monetary policy in the case of a deterioration in oil prices.
