The Criminal Protection Of The Right To Image In The Algerian Legislation

Abstract
The right to one's image is considered one of the personality rights and an element of the private life that must not be violated. However, due to technological advancements, this right has become vulnerable to numerous infringements, which necessitated the intervention of the legislator to protect it criminally. This is what prompted us to search for a definition of the concept of the right to image and its exceptions, in addition to identifying the scope of the criminal protection provided for it.
