The study has worked on a random sample of forty six (46) history and philosophy teachers in seven (07) different high schools, in two countries: Algeria and Austria. The findings: Women teachers tend to give higher marks for answers that contain more words, with a correlation of R= 0.97 Men teachers tend to give low marks for answers with more words, with a correlation of R= - 0.90 هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق بين الأساتذة الذكور والإناث في تحديد علامات التلاميذ، بناءً على عدد الكلمات التي يستخدمونها في إجاباتهم، وذلك باستخدام المنهج المقارن، وقد أجريت الدراسة في الفترة من 8 أكتوبر إلى 5 نوفمبر 2023، واستمرت لمدة 29 يومًا، هذا وقد استخدمت الدراسة الحالية التكرارات والنسب المئوية ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، وقد عملت على عينة عشوائية مكوّنة من 46 مدرّسًا للتاريخ والفلسفة في 07 مدارس ثانوية مختلفة، في كل من الجزائر والنمسا، وجاءت النتائج كالآتي: تميل المدرسات إلى إعطاء درجات أعلى للإجابات التي تحتوي على عدد أكبر من الكلمات، بعلاقة ارتباط قدرها 0.97 يميل المدرسون الذكور إلى إعطاء درجات منخفضة للإجابات التي تحتوي على عدد أكبر من الكلمات، بعلاقة ارتباط قدرها -0.90
