يستعرض هذا البحث جماليات التناص في ديوان "أغنيات نضالية" للشاعر محمد الصالح باوية، حيث يستخدم الشاعر التناص بمهارة من خلال التناص التاريخي والتراثي والديني لتشكيل تجربة شعرية غنية ومتعددة الأبعاد. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على كيفية توظيف باوية لهذه الأشكال من التناص لخلق معانٍ عميقة تتراوح بين الماضي والحاضر، مما يعكس قراءته الحداثية للتراث وتوظيفه بأسلوب معاصر. تظهر النتائج أن التناص في ديوان باوية يساهم في تجديد القصيدة الحرة من خلال دمج الأصالة بالحداثة، مما يفتح أفقًا جديدًا لفهم الشعر الجزائري المعاصر. كما يبرز البحث كيف يعزز التناص قدرة الشاعر على خلق روابط رمزية ومجازية غنية، مما يعكس التجديد الفني والفكري في نصوصه. الدراسة تساهم في توسيع الفهم النقدي لتوظيف التناص في الشعر العربي المعاصر، وتؤكد على دوره في تطوير أسلوب القصيدة الحرة وتحديثها. This research explores the aesthetics of intertextuality in the poetry collection "Struggle Songs" by the poet Mohamed Salah Bouaia. The poet skillfully employs intertextuality through historical, heritage, and religious references to create a rich and multidimensional poetic experience. The significance of the study lies in highlighting how Bouaia utilizes these forms of intertextuality to generate profound meanings that bridge the past and the present, reflecting his modern reading of heritage and its contemporary application. The findings indicate that intertextuality in Bouaia's collection contributes to the renewal of free verse poetry by merging authenticity with modernity, thus opening a new horizon for understanding contemporary Algerian poetry. The research also emphasizes how intertextuality enhances the poet's ability to create rich symbolic and metaphorical connections, reflecting artistic and intellectual renewal in his texts. The study contributes to expanding the critical understanding of the use of intertextuality in contemporary Arabic poetry and underscores its role in developing and modernizing the style of free verse poetry
