This study aims to highlight Malik Bennabi's progressive consciousness through his approach centered on the development of the active human being within civilization. This individual is considered a fundamental element of the civilizational project, which rests on three essential components: humanity, the land, and time. These components constitute Bennabi's concept of civilization. Given the crucial role of humanity in this framework, the progress of a nation's civilization requires the appropriate cultural and intellectual development of its people, followed by the optimal use of resources and wealth (the land), while ensuring the effective management of time.
