Graduation Students' Attitudes Toward Unemployment Allowance As A Temporary Alternative In Light Of Labor Market Challenges

Abstract
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو منحة البطالة في ظل تحديات سوق العمل، وذلك من خلال وصف وتحليل طبيعة هذه الاتجاهات والكشف عن تأثيرها ولاسيما تلك المرتبطة بتصورات الطلبة حول فرص العمل والاستقرار المهني، والدور الذي تلعبه منحة البطالة في توجيه مساراتهم المستقبلية. ولتحقيق ذلك، تبنّت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي كإطار منهجي لجمع ومعالجة المعطيات الميدانية، ولاختبار الفرضيات ميدانيا تم الاعتماد على أداة الدراسة، والمتمثلة في استخدام نموذج ليكارت ((LIKERT الخماسي المكون من خمس درجات كأداة لتحديد الاتجاهات، وتم توزيعه على عينة متكونة من 141 من الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج. كما تم الاستعانة بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لذلك من خلال برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS V-26) وقد أفضت النتائج إلى: - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو منحة البطالة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات الطلبة نحو منحة البطالة وصعوبة الاندماج في سوق العمل. Abstract: This study seeks to identify the attitudes of students approaching graduation toward the unemployment allowance in light of labor market challenges, by describing and analyzing the nature of these attitudes and examining their effects particularly those related to students’ perceptions of employment opportunities and professional stability, as well as the role the unemployment allowance plays in shaping their future trajectories. To this end, the study adopted the descript0ive method as its methodological framework for collecting and processing field data For field-testing the hypotheses, the study relied on its primary instrument, namely a five-point ) Likert( scale, as a tool for measuring attitudes, which was administered to a sample of 141 students approaching graduation Appropriate statistical techniques were also employed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, version 26) The findings revealed that: - There are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of students approaching graduation toward the unemployment allowance attributable to the gender variable. - There is a statistically significant effect between students’ attitudes toward the unemployment allowance and the perceived difficulty of integration into the labor market.
