العنف في الملاعب الجزائرية: مقاربة سوسيولوجية من وجهة نظر المهتمين بالمجال الرياضي

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ظاهرة العنف في ملاعب كرة القدم الجزائرية، استنادا إلى تصورات المهتمين بالمجال الرياضي. ولتحقيق هذا المسعى، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، مستعينة بتقنية دراسة الحالة، حيث أجريت مقابلات نصف موجهة مع عينة قصدية قوامها عشر حالات (10)، شملت مسيري الملاعب، صحفيين رياضيين، ممثلين عن جهاز الأمن، ورئيس نادٍ رياضي. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن السلوك العنيف في الملاعب ليس مجرد انحراف عرضي، بل هو نتاج تداخل معقد لجملة من العوامل السوسيو-اقتصادية، والثقافية، والتنظيمية. وتبرز في مقدمة هذه العوامل: هشاشة التنشئة الاجتماعية وضعف آليات الضبط الأسري والمدرسي، انتشار الثقافة الفرعية للعنف، الدور السلبي لبعض وسائل الإعلام التقليدية والجديدة، إلى جانب قصور البنية التحتية والفراغ التنظيمي داخل الأندية. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن احتواء هذه الظاهرة يتطلب تبني استراتيجية وقائية متكاملة تجمع بين إعادة الاعتبار للتنشئة السوية، وتعزيز آليات الضبط الاجتماعي بشقيها القانوني والتربوي، إلى جانب ترشيد الخطاب الإعلامي وتأطيره أخلاقيا. Abstract: This study aims to sociologically analyze the phenomenon of violence in Algerian football stadiums, based on the perceptions of stakeholders in the sports field. To achieve this, the study adopted a descriptive approach utilizing the case study method. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with a purposive sample of ten (10) cases, including stadium managers, sports journalists, security forces representatives, and a sports club president. The findings indicate that violent behavior in stadiums is not merely an incidental deviance, but rather the outcome of a complex interplay of socio-economic, cultural, and organizational factors. Foremost among these are the fragility of socialization, the weakness of family and school social control mechanisms, the proliferation of the subculture of violence, and the negative role of certain traditional and new media outlets, alongside inadequate infrastructure and organizational void within sports clubs. The study concludes that containing this phenomenon requires adopting a comprehensive preventive strategy that combines restoring the value of proper socialization, strengthening social control mechanisms in both their legal and educational dimensions, and rationalizing the media discourse while framing it ethically.
