Abstract
Abstract: One of the most important signs of the importance of development is the high level and volume of conferences held annually under the supervision of the United Nations and with the participation of developing countries, all aimed at searching for development policies to be followed to reduce existing problems and find effective solutions. It can be said that the development of Human Resources has become a prominent feature of the contemporary institution, in order to keep pace with the developments produced by the contemporary technological revolution, which requires a trained and qualified human resource.
