الإثنوغرافيا الرقمية كمدخل منهجي حديث للدراسة والتحليل في البيئة الرقمية: بين الإمكانات التحليلية وإشكالات التوظيف

الملخص
يشهد البحث العلمي في ظل التحولات الرقمية المتسارعة إعادة تشكيل عميقة في مناهجه وأدواته، حيث برزت المقاربات الرقمية كبدائل منهجية تتجاوز الأطر التقليدية، ومن أبرزها المقاربة الإثنوغرافية الرقمية التي أصبحت تمثل مدخلا نوعيا لفهم السلوكيات والتفاعلات داخل المجتمعات الافتراضية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مكانة الإثنوغرافيا الرقمية ضمن المناهج الحديثة، واستكشاف مدى إسهامها في تفعيل أدوات البحث العلمي في البيئة الرقمية، مع الوقوف عند حدودها المنهجية وإشكالات توظيفها. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مدعما بمقاربة نقدية، من خلال تفكيك المفاهيم المرتبطة بالإثنوغرافيا الرقمية، واستعراض أهم تطبيقاتها في دراسة الفضاءات الرقمية، خاصة في سياقات الإعلام والاتصال. كما تسعى إلى إبراز التحولات التي أحدثتها هذه المقاربة على مستوى جمع البيانات، من خلال الانتقال من الملاحظة الميدانية التقليدية إلى الملاحظة الرقمية التفاعلية، وعلى مستوى تحليل المعطيات عبر تتبع التفاعلات والسلوكيات داخل المنصات الرقمية. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن الإثنوغرافيا الرقمية، رغم ما توفره من إمكانات تحليلية مهمة لفهم الديناميات الاجتماعية في البيئة الرقمية، إلا أنها تطرح جملة من التحديات المرتبطة بالمصداقية، وأخلاقيات البحث، وحدود التمثيل الواقعي للظواهر المدروسة، مما يستدعي ضرورة تأطيرها ضمن إطار منهجي صارم يضمن جودة البحث العلمي وموثوقية نتائجه. In light of rapid digital transformations, scientific research is undergoing a profound reshaping of its methodologies and tools. Digital approaches have emerged as methodological alternatives that transcend traditional frameworks, most notably digital ethnography, which has become a qualitative approach to understanding behaviors and interactions within virtual communities. This study aims to analyze the place of digital ethnography within modern methodologies and explore its contribution to activating scientific research tools in the digital environment, while also examining its methodological limitations and the challenges of its application. The study employs a descriptive-analytical approach supported by a critical perspective. It deconstructs the concepts associated with digital ethnography and reviews its most important applications in studying digital spaces, particularly in the contexts of media and communication. It also seeks to highlight the transformations this approach has brought about in data collection, through the shift from traditional field observation to interactive digital observation, and in data analysis by tracking interactions and behaviors within digital platforms. The study concludes that digital ethnography, despite providing important analytical capabilities for understanding social dynamics in the digital environment, poses a number of challenges related to credibility, research ethics, and the limits of realistic representation of the phenomena studied, which necessitates framing it within a strict methodological framework that ensures the quality of scientific research and the reliability of its results.
