دور التكنولوجيا والبحث العلمي في التنمية الاقتصادية: التجربة الصينية نموذجا

الملخص
تتناول المداخلة دور التكنولوجيا والبحث العلمي في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، مع التركيز على التجربة الصينية كمثال، فقد استطاعت الصين أن تحقق تحولا اقتصاديا هائلا بفضل استثماراتها الكبيرة في البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا، وتحولت إلى قوة اقتصادية عالمية، ويتضح من تجربتها أن التكنولوجيا والابتكار يمكن أن يكونا محركين رئيسيين للنمو الاقتصادي، مما يساهم في تحسين الإنتاجية، وخلق فرص العمل، وتعزيز الصادرات. Cette intervention aborde le rôle de la technologie et de la recherche scientifique dans la réalisation du développement économique, en mettant l’accent sur l’exemple de l’expérience chinoise. La Chine a réussi à opérer une transformation économique spectaculaire grâce à ses investissements massifs dans la recherche scientifique et les technologies, devenant ainsi une puissance économique mondiale. Son expérience montre clairement que la technologie et l’innovation peuvent constituer des moteurs essentiels de la croissance économique, en contribuant à l’amélioration de la productivité, à la création d’emplois et au renforcement des exportations. This presentation addresses the role of technology and scientific research in achieving economic development, with a focus on the Chinese experience as a model. China has managed to achieve a remarkable economic transformation thanks to its substantial investments in scientific research and technology, becoming a global economic power. Its experience clearly demonstrates that technology and innovation can serve as key drivers of economic growth, contributing to increased productivity, job creation, and the strengthening of exports.
