Technological advancements have made digital evidence a cornerstone of modern justice, especially with the rise of cybercrimes. This study examines how digital evidence enhances judicial efficiency by providing accurate, reliable data for decision-making. It further explores the role of Artificial Intelligence in analyzing evidence to detect patterns and forgery, significantly increasing judicial speed. However, the transition presents legal challenges regarding admissibility and ethical concerns over data privacy. The research aims to provide a comprehensive vision for utilizing digital evidence to achieve transparency and efficiency. Ultimately, it emphasizes the need for robust legal safeguards to protect individual rights in the AI era.
