This study examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) within Arab higher education through case studies from Algeria, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. It explores how AI technologies can enhance educational quality, improve instructional effectiveness, and support academic governance and data-driven decision-making. The research further identifies critical challenges hindering AI adoption across Arab universities, including insufficient digital infrastructure, limited institutional readiness, concerns over privacy and data security, and the high financial cost of implementation. Drawing on qualitative insights, the study offers strategic recommendations to foster digital transformation and strengthen institutional governance through responsible and sustainable AI integration.
