AbstractMultinational Corporations (MNCs) are considered the driving force of the global economy. Since their emergence in the late nineteenth century, they have marked a significant turning point in prevailing global economic activities. Today, these corporations constitute an influential power in shaping economic, social, and political events and transformations worldwide. Consequently, they have become the dominant force controlling key economic activities globally—a feature that remains one of their most prominent characteristics. This dominance is attributed to their operation within a vital economic system based on the internationalization of factors of production, particularly labor and capital. Furthermore, these corporations serve as the primary catalyst for globalization, which acts as the fundamental driver of the economic development process in most countries. They operate through a complex network of organizational structures engaged in global production, and their emergence represents a sophisticated model for organizing economic activity within advanced capitalism through their control over various global activities
