أوجه ممارسات الوساطة الأرشيفية في الجزائر: مصالح الأرشيف الولائية بالغرب الجزائري نموذجا

الملخص
كان الأرشيفي في زمن سابق يقبع في ركن من مكتبه الكائن في الطابق السفلي في الغالب، فلا يغادره حتى يذهب إلى التقاعد. لقد كان لا يتواصل حتى مع الموظفين من زملائه الإداريين في نفس المبنى فلا يعرفونه ولا يعرفهم. ويقوم بجميع حلقات السلسلة الأرشيفية، ولم يكن يظهر حتى عند تبليغ الوثيقة حيث كان ذلك يقع على عاتق عامل مختص في نقل الوثائق من المستودع إلى قاعة المطالعة أو عن طريق الآلة في المراكز الكبيرة. وابتداء من نهاية القرن العشرين حدث تحول هائل في المهنة الأرشيفية. فأصبح الأرشيفي خاصة في الألفية الثالثة، شخص حيوي، لقد أصبح يتفاعل يوميا مع زبائنه سواء في القاعات أو من وراء شاشة الحاسوب وباختصار أصبح الأرشيفي وسيطا بالمعنى الحقيقي للكلمة. فهل مس هذا التحول الأرشيفين في الجزائر، أم بقي الوضع على حاله؟ In the Past, the archivist used to sit in the corner of his office which is situated most of the time on the floor. So, he could not leave his office until his retirement. He used to have no contact even with his colleagues who neither know him nor he knows them. it carries out all the archivist chain links. But he used not to appear until the last chain that is during the notification of the document which was the duty of a worker specialized in transferring documents from warehouse to the reading room or through the machine in the great centres. starting from the close of the twentieth century, a great transformation happened in the profession of the archivist. So, the archivist became especially in the thirties a vital person. He became involved daily with his customers whether in rooms or behind the laptop screen and briefly the archivist became a mediator in the true sense of the word. So, did this transformation affect the archivist in Algeria? or did the situation remain the same?
