الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم فرص الاستثمار في سوق اتصالات الهاتف النقال بالجزائر، من خلال دراسة المؤشرات الداخلية والدولية للسوق ومدى جاذبيته، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاستناد على تحليل المؤشرات الداخلية والمؤشرات الدولية للسوق وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2020 إلى الثلاثي الأول من سنة 2025؛ إضافة إلى تحليل قوى بورتر الخمس. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن السوق يتميز بدرجة تركز مرتفعة تعكس بنية احتكار القلة، مما يعزز استقراره الهيكلي ويحد من تهديد دخول منافسين جدد؛ كما بينت المؤشرات الداخلية أن السوق بلغ مرحلة النضج نتيجة تباطؤ النمو العددي للمشتركين وارتفاع معدل الانتشار؛ وأكدت النتائج أيضا أن فرص الاستثمار المستقبلية لا تكمن في التوسع الكمي، بل في التحول الرقمي والتوجه نحو تقنيات الجيل الخامس. Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate investment opportunities in the Algerian mobile telecommunications market by examining its internal and international indicators, as well as its market attractiveness. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, Based on the analysis of internal and international market indicators from 2020 to the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, in addition to the application of Porter’s Five Forces framework. The results indicated that the market is characterized by a high concentration ratio, reflecting an oligopolistic structure, which enhances structural stability and limits the threat of new entrants. Furthermore, internal indicators revealed that the market has reached the maturity stage, evidenced by a slowdown in subscriber growth and high penetration rates. The findings also confirmed that future investment opportunities lie not in quantitative expansion, but rather in digital transformation and Adopting 5G.
