Enter This study aims to analyze the psychological and educational dimensions of human interaction with artificial intelligence systems and digital media, from a systemic perspective that balances the risks of psychological manipulation with the potential for educational guidance. The study is based on a theoretical and critical analysis of a range of contemporary psychological models and theories, such as mediated–interpersonal interaction theory, the self-directed learning model in AI environments, and cognitive-behavioral analytical frameworks. The study concludes that artificial intelligence, despite its potential psychological risks associated with hidden influences on cognition and emotion, can become an effective educational tool if integrated within a conscious value-based educational project grounded in critical thinking and digital psychological citizenship.
