الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر البرامج التربوية والتنموية داخل مؤسسة رعاية الطفولة المسعفة بباتنة على تطوير مهارات الأطفال المعرفية، مع التركيز على مدى تعزيز هذه البرامج للمهارات الأساسية والمتقدمة، وكذلك العلاقة بين دعم الكفاءات المهنية للمربين ونمو هذه المهارات. حيث تُظهر الدراسة أن البرامج التربوية والتنموية داخل المؤسسة تعزز بشكل جيد المهارات المعرفية الأساسية مثل الذاكرة، الانتباه، وحب الاستكشاف لدى الأطفال. إلا أن هناك ضعفًا ملحوظًا في المهارات العليا كالتفكير المجرد وحل المشكلات، مرتبطًا بنقص التدريب والتكوين المهني للمربين. توصي الدراسة بزيادة تدريب المربين، تطوير الأنشطة التعليمية، تحسين الموارد، وإدخال أوقات للعب الحر لتعزيز التفكير النقدي والابتكار. الاستثمار في هذه الجوانب يعزز النمو المعرفي المستدام للأطفال داخل المؤسسة. The study aims to assess the impact of educational and development programs at Batna's emergency childcare institution on the development of children's cognitive skills, focusing on the extent to which these programs enhance basic and advanced skills, as well as the relationship between supporting educators' professional skills and the growth of these competencies." The study shows that the educational and development programs implemented at the institution significantly enhance children's basic cognitive skills, such as memory, attention, and exploratory spirit. However, a marked deficiency is observed in higher-order skills, such as abstract thinking and problem-solving, attributed to the lack of professional training and education among educators." "The study recommends strengthening teacher training, expanding educational activities, improving resources, and introducing free play to promote critical thinking and innovation. Investing in these aspects promotes sustainable cognitive development of children within the institution."
