This study derives its significance from understanding the structural transformations within rural communities, aiming to monitor the functional role of kinship ties in the village of "Tazghzat" as a mechanism for social control and economic solidarity amidst the challenges of modernity. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a survey questionnaire to collect quantitative data from a sample of 135 respondents, while subjecting the results to a socio-anthropological analysis that links empirical data with theoretical frameworks. The findings reveal the central importance of kinship as a social safety net, with 71.85% of individuals receiving material and in-kind support during crises, and kinship lineage contributing to conflict resolution by 68.89%. Furthermore, the results confirm the role of kinship in distributing cognitive and economic resources, as 64.44% of respondents believe it contributes to improving their standard of living.
