This article examines the relationship between destructive behavior and emotional regulation in children. Destructive behavior—such as aggression, defiance, or property damage—is often a reflection of emotional struggles rather than intentional misbehavior. The article highlights how poor emotional organization, including difficulties in emotional awareness, regulation, and expression, can lead children to act out destructively. It also discusses how factors like family stress, psychological pressure, or emotional trauma can disrupt a child’s emotional balance, increasing the likelihood of destructive responses. The paper emphasizes the importance of supporting children's emotional development as a preventive measure, helping them learn to cope with stress and express their feelings in healthier ways.
