The Role Of Organizational Trust In Achieving Organizational Commitment: A Field Study On The Employees Of The Faculty Of Human And Social Sciences, University Of Biskra

Abstract

The study aims to examine the role of organizational trust in fostering organizational commitment among the employees of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Biskra. The study was applied to all administrative employees, totaling 56 participants. A descriptive approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire and data analysis through SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that organizational trust significantly contributes to enhancing organizational commitment among employees.
