The Reality Of Academic Curricula In Inculcating The Processes Of Creativity And Innovation For University Students In The Sultanat Of Oman

هدف البحث التعرف على واقع المقررات الجامعية في غرس عمليتي الإبداع والابتكار لطلبة الجامعات، واستخدم المنهج النوعي والكمي، المتمثلين في أداة الاستبانة التي طبقت على طلاب جامعة الشرقية، وعلى مقابلة تم إجراؤها مع أساتذة جامعة الشرقية وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: إن واقع المقررات كما أثبتتها عينة الدراسة أثبتت بأنّ هناك العديد من الأساليب والطرق التي يستخدمها الأساتذة أثناء التدريس ومن بينها استخدام التعلم النشط ، وتشجيع الطلبة على عملية التفكير الناقد لتنمية الإبداع والابتكار كما أثبت البحث أن هناك جهودًا مبذولة من قبل الأساتذة للتعرف على المبدعين والمبتكرين من خلال الاستماع إليهم وإلى مقترحاتهم، والعمل على تنمية القدرات الإبداعية والابتكارية من خلال التشجيع وربط الواقع والتحليل والتنبؤ لبعض المواضع، كما أثبتت عينة البحث من خلال الاستجابات بأن المقررات الدراسية لها دور كبير في عمليتي الإبداع والابتكار ، وهذا ما وضع جميع العبارات بين الكبيرة والمتوسطة، كما عرض البحث مجموعة من المقترحات الأساسية التي تساعد على تنمية عمليتي الإبداع والابتكار ومن بينها ما يأتي (تنوع الأنشطة التعليمية، والتشجيع على الرحلات الاستكشافية، وتغيير نمط المشاريع والتكاليف الجامدة، وتوفير معامل تطبيقية تساعد على الابتكار)، وتوصي نتائج البحث بضرورة الإسراع في تشكيل لجان علمية لمراجعة مقررات مواضيع التعليم العالي. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of university courses in inculcating the processes of creativity and innovation for university students, and it used the qualitative and quantitative approach, represented in the questionnaire tool that was applied to the students of Sharkia University, and in an interview conducted with the professors of Sharkia University. The research reached the following results: The reality of the courses as proven by them The study sample proved that there are many methods and methods used by teachers during teaching, including the use of active learning, and encouraging students to the process of critical thinking to develop creativity and innovation. And work on the development of creative and innovative capabilities through encouragement and linking reality, analysis and prediction for some places, as the research sample proved through the responses that the curricula have a major role in the processes of creativity and innovation, and this is what put all the phrases between large and medium, and the research presented a set of basic proposals Which helps to develop the processes of creativity and innovation, including the following (diversity of educational activities, encouragement of exploratory trips, changing the pattern of projects and rigid costs, and providing applied laboratories that help innovation).
