This research aims to examine the existence of a significant relationship between organisational culture and workplace violence whilst exploring the influence of employment contract type on these two variables. To this end, a quantitative survey was conducted with 301 workers from nine enterprises in the Béjaïa region, including various socioprofessional categories. Participants completed two scales measuring the perception of organisational culture and workplace violence. The results confirm the existence of a significant negative relationship between organisational culture and workplace violence: workers who perceive their organisational culture positively report lower levels of violence. Furthermore, workers on fixed-term contracts report higher levels of violence and evaluate organisational culture less favourably. These findings underscore the protective role of contractual stability and a positive organisational climate.
