The Relationship Between Participation In Organisational Decision-making And Organisational Conflict Management: The Case Of Sonelgaz Company In Tamanrasset

Abstract
Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between participation in decision-making and organisational conflict. It asks the question” What is the relationship between participation in decision-making and organisational conflict? To examine this relationship empirically, we conducted a survey on a random sample consisting of 50 employees from one branch of the National Electricity and Gas Company (Sonelgaz) in Tamanrasset. Using the descriptive-analytical and statistical approach, a questionnaire designed with three sections, and based on testing the hypothesis of the existence of a relationship between the two variables using the outputs of the statistical package program (SPSS), the study concluded that employee participation in decision-making has a statistically significant relationship with the management of organisational conflict. Therefore, it reduces its intensity within the organisation and enhances employee satisfaction and productivity. The study recommends taking employee participation in decision-making into account when managing organisational conflict.
