Abstract
Abstract : Development constitutes a fundamental prerequisite for ensuring societal stability and human advancement. Within the framework of its renewed tourism policy, Algeria has undertaken legal and economic reforms aligned with sustainable development principles to revitalize the tourism sector. These reforms reflect the state's strategic commitment to creating a conducive and enabling environment for promoting tourism activities while safeguarding the ecological balance and enhancing the nation’s natural, cultural, and historical assets. Ecotourism, in particular, exerts a direct influence on the structural pillars of sustainable development and functions as a critical mechanism for attracting international visitors. As such, tourism-related investments have emerged as a vital source of foreign currency and a catalyst for macroeconomic diversification. ملخص: التنمية هي عنصر أساسي للاستقرار و التطور الاجتماعي و الإنساني، و لقد سعت الجزائر في ظل سياستها السياحية الجديدة، قصد تنمية القطاع السياحي و محاولة النهوض به إلى تبني إصلاحات قانونية و اقتصادية في إطار التنمية المستدامة و ذلك لتوضيح مدى عزم الدولة في إحداث محيط ملائم و محفز لدعم و ترقية الأنشطة السياحية في ظل حماية البيئة و تثمين القدرات الطبيعية و الثقافية و التاريخية للبلاد كون السياحة البيئية تؤثر بشكل مباشر على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة بالإضافة إلى اعتبارها عنصر فعال لجذب السياح الأجانب، حيث تعتبر الاستثمارات السياحية مصدرا هاما من مصادر العملات الأجنبية.
