الأمن اللغوي في وسائل الإعلام العربية: النموذج الجزائري

الملخص
أثرت التغيرات التي أحدثتها العولمة في إعادة هيكلة المجتمعات ودفعها للبحث عما يحفظ استقلالية هويتها الثقافية واللغوية، ويعد الإعلام أحد وسائل العولمة التي أحدثت منعطفا في صناعة التاريخ وصورة عاكسة لثقافة ولغات الجماعات، ووسيلة مهمة في بسط هيمنة اللغات وتطبيق السياسات اللغوية. تهدف الدراسة للنظر في واقع الأمن اللغوي في الإعلام وسبل تحقيقه تبعا لآليات السياسة اللغوية، وذلك بالبحث في تمظهرات الأمن اللغوي في وسائل الإعلام العربي بتوصيف اللغة الإعلامية، والنظر في السياسة اللغوية الإعلامية في ظل واقع التعدد اللغوي. أبانت الدراسة على أن تحقيق الأمن اللغوي في وسائل الإعلام هو أحد أهم مجالات تطبيقه، غير أن خيارات السياسة الإعلامية لم تكن دائما تخدم السياسة اللغوية وتتخذ في ذلك التجربة الجزائرية (منذ الاستقلال) نموذجا للبحث في كيفيات تجسيد الأمن اللغوي الإعلامي ضمن معطيات مجتمع متعدد لغويا. The changes brought about by globalization have affected the restructuring of societies and pushed them to search for something that preserves the independence of their cultural and linguistic identity. The media is one of the means of globalization that has brought about a turning point in the making of history and a reflective image of the culture and languages of groups, and an important means of extending the dominance of languages and implementing linguistic policiesThe study aims to examine the reality of linguistic security in the media and ways to achieve it based on linguistic policy mechanisms. It examines the manifestations of linguistic security in Arab media by describing the media language and examining media linguistic policy in light of the reality of multilingualism. And in this regard the Algerian experience (since independence) is taken as a model for research into how to embody media linguistic security within the data of a linguistically diverse society.
