تنظيم العمل المصطلحي في ضوء المقاربة اللغوية الاجتماعية

الملخص
اقترنت دراسات البحث المصطلحي بالكثير من العلوم والمعارف، فتعددت مباحثها واتسعت مجالاتها، لارتباطها بالحياة اللغوية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، هذا ما أوجب ضرورة التوجه للتأطير المنهجي والتنظيمي للعمل المصطلحي وفق تخطيط السياسة المصطلحية لتنظيم عملية تقييس ووضع المصطلحات وتوحيدها، وضبط استعمالها، بالنظر للمعطيات اللغوية والاجتماعية لديمومة حياة المصطلحات. تهدف الدراسة للكشف عن إجراءات تنظيم العمل المصطلحي بالوقوف عند حدود اشتغال السياسة المصطلحية، وفاعلية نشاط العمل المصطلحي في ضوء المقاربة اللغوية الاجتماعية، والذي يتحدد بالضرورة تبعا لمخرجات السياسة المصطلحية، والتي أبانت عن أهمية المقاربة الاجتماعية في توطين المصطلحات. Terminological research studies have been linked to a lot of science and knowledge. Their research has been multifaceted and expanded, as they relate to linguistic, social and economic life. This has led to the need to systematically and organizationally frame terminological work in accordance with the terminological policy's planning to regulate the measurement, standardization of terminology and to control its use, given the linguistic and social data of the permanence of terminology. The study aims to reveal the procedures for organizing terminological work by standing at the limits of the functioning of terminological policy and the effectiveness of terminological work activity in the light of the social linguistic approach, which is necessarily determined by the terminological policy outcomes, which demonstrate the importance of social approach in the localization of terminology
