جوانب من سياسة إصلاح الدعم الحكومي مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الدعم الحكومي في الجزائر ، وبيان مدى تمسك الحكومة به ، فهو يمس قطاعات مختلفة ، ومواد متنوعة وشرائح واسعة من المجتمع، وما دام الأمر كذلك وبغية توفير موارد في الميزانية، خاصة ما تعلق منها بالجانب البشري الذي مازال يحتاج في بلادنا مزيدا من الاهتمام، ومن هنا كان لا بد من إصلاح لهذا الدعم وفق خطة استراتيجية مع مقاربات لتجارب دول شبيهة كمصر واندونيسيا للاستفادة من تجاربهم في هذ الميدان. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إصلاح نظام الدعم الحكومي من أجل تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية وتحفيز النمو الاقتصادي، كل ذلك من أجل الحفاظ على موارد الدولة وتوجيهها الوجهة السليمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: إصلاح نظام الدعم الحكومي، الدعم المباشر، الدعم الضمني، العدالة الاجتماعية. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the reality of government support in Algeria, and demonstrate the government's commitment to it, as it affects various sectors, diverse materials, and broad segments of society. Given this situation, and in order to provide budget resources, especially those related to the human aspect, which still requires more attention in our country; it was necessary to reform this support according to a strategic plan, drawing on the experiences of similar countries such as Egypt and Indonesia to benefit from their expertise in this field. The study concluded that it is necessary to reform the government support system in order to achieve social justice and stimulate economic growth, all in order to preserve the state’s resources and direct them in the right direction.
