Aim and Scope

The Journal of New Economy (JNE) is a scientific, international, specialized, double blind international peer reviewed, Bi-annual (January and July), free of charge and open-access ; it issued by Digital Economy in Algeria laboratory at Djillali Bounaama university, Khemis Miliana, Algeria. The journal publishes the original researches in two languages (Arabic and English) that have never been published before, in the fields of economics, busniss, management, accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, corporate governance, public finance, taxations, marketing and investments ets. Our major aim is to reach the international quality of scientific researches, and we have the honor to be a part of our succeed by publishing you researches in the Journal of New Economy (JNE). Open Access Policy & License

The Journal of New Economy (JNE) follows a full Open Access publishing model, with no submission fees, publication fees, or article processing charges (APCs). All articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and use the articles for any lawful purpose, without requiring prior permission from the publisher or the authors, and without financial, legal, or technical barriers.

تعلن هيئة تحرير مجلة الاقتصاد الجديد لكافة الباحثين الراغبين إرسال مقالاتهم للمجلة بأن المجلة متوقفة حاليا على استقبال المساهمات من داخل الجزائر، بينما يبقى الاستقبال مفتوح بالنسبة لباحثين جزائريين بالتعاون مع باحثين أجانب أو المقالات المرسلة من قبل باحثين أجانب من خارج الجزائر.

شروط النشر بمجلة الاقتصاد الجديد

لتفادي رفض مقالاتكم رفضًا مكتبيًا (أي رفضها شكليًا قبل تحويلها للتحكيم والمراجعة)، يرجى أخذ الملاحظات الآتية بعين الاعتبار، علمًا أنها تندرج ضمن توجيهات الجهة الوصية على تسيير وتنظيم المجلات العلمية (المديرية العامة للبحث العلمي والتطوير التكنولوجي)، وذلك بهدف فهرسة المجلات الجزائرية ضمن قواعد البيانات الدولية:

يُستحسن تناول مواضيع ذات بُعد دولي وعدم التركيز حصريًا على حالة الجزائر. وفي حال لاحظت هيئة التحرير غلبة المقالات التي تقتصر على الحالة الجزائرية، فسيتم إعطاء الأولوية للمواضيع ذات الامتداد الدولي، مع إمكانية رفض المقالات المحلية.
بالنسبة للمؤلفين المنتمين إلى جامعة خميس مليانة، لا يجوز أن تتجاوز نسبة المقالات المنشورة لهم 25% من مجموع المقالات في كل عدد. وإذا تبيّن لهيئة التحرير أن عدد المقالات المقبولة من مؤلفين تابعين للجامعة تجاوز هذه النسبة، فسيتم تأجيل نشرها للعدد الموالي، مع احترام ترتيب المقالات المقبولة حسب تاريخ الاستلام.
ستُمنح الأولوية في النشر للمقالات المكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية، وللمقالات التي يشارك في تأليفها باحثون أجانب.
يجب أن يتضمن المستخلص جميع المكونات المنهجية الأساسية ؛ الهدف من البحث، منهجية البحث، وأهم النتائج.
يجب إبراز الثغرة البحثية وتبيان مساهمة المقال في الإضافة العلمية، وذلك في مقدمة البحث بشكل واضح.
يجب أن يتضمن المقال قسمًا خاصًا بالدراسات السابقة. وغياب هذا القسم يُضعف أهمية الموضوع ومبررات الفرضيات، مما يجعل المقال عرضة للرفض المكتبي.
يجب الالتزام بطريقة الاستشهاد بالمصادر كما هو مبيّن في الصفحة الأخيرة من قالب المجلة.
بعد قبول المقال من حيث الشكل، يجب على جميع المؤلفين المشاركين تأكيد ملكيتهم للمقال (وذلك بدلًا من توقيع تعهّد)، عبر الدخول إلى الرابط المُرسل لهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني خلال أجل أقصاه أسبوع. وفي حال عدم القيام بذلك، سيُرفض المقال.
يُشترط إلزاميًا على جميع المؤلفين تقديم معرف ORCID لضمان التوثيق الأكاديمي والشفافية في النشر مع إجبارية وجود البريد الالكتروني المهني لجميع المشاركين في المقالات.
في حال قبول مقالكم من طرف المحكّمين مع تحفظات تستدعي إجراء تعديلات، تمنحكم لجنة التحرير أجل أسبوع واحد لإجراء التعديلات المطلوبة وإعادة إرسال النسخة المعدّلة. وفي حال عدم الالتزام بالأجل، سيُرفض المقال.
في حال قبول المقال للنشر النهائي، يجب إدراج المراجع في غضون 48 ساعة من إشعار القبول. وفي حال عدم الالتزام، سيؤجَّل نشر المقال للعدد الموالي.

Publication Guidelines – New Economy Journal

To avoid desk rejection (i.e., rejection before peer review), authors are kindly requested to consider the following points. These guidelines fall within the instructions issued by the supervising authority responsible for managing the scientific journals in Algeria (the General Directorate of Scientific Research and Technological Development), with the aim of indexing Algerian journals in international databases:

It is recommended to address topics with an international dimension and avoid focusing exclusively on the Algerian case. If the Editorial Board observes a predominance of manuscripts limited solely to Algeria, priority will be given to papers with broader international relevance, and locally focused papers may be rejected.
For authors affiliated with Khemis Miliana University, the proportion of accepted papers published in each issue must not exceed 25% of the total number of articles. If the Editorial Board finds that this threshold has been exceeded, the publication of additional accepted papers from authors affiliated with the university will be postponed to the subsequent issue, while respecting the order of accepted submissions.
Priority will be given to articles written in English and to articles co-authored with international researchers.
The abstract must include all major methodological components: the research objective, methodology, and the findings.
The research gap and the contribution of the research topic to existing knowledge must be clearly highlighted in the introduction.
The manuscript must include a dedicated section for the literature review. Absence of this section weakens the relevance of the topic and the justification of research hypotheses, and may lead to desk rejection.
Citation and referencing must strictly follow the style indicated on the last page of the journal template.
Once the manuscript is accepted in terms of format, all co-authors must confirm their authorship (as an alternative to signing a declaration) by accessing the link sent to them via email within one week. Failure to complete this step will result in rejection.
All authors are required to provide an ORCID iD to ensure academic documentation and transparency in publication, and a professional email address is mandatory for all contributors to the articles.
If the manuscript is accepted by reviewers with revisions, the Editorial Board grants authors a one-week deadline to implement the required changes and resubmit the revised version. Failure to meet the deadline will result in rejection.
Once the manuscript is accepted for final publication, the references must be formatted and submitted within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance notification. Failure to comply will delay
