Features Of Renewal In The Study Of Maquasid Al-sharia According To Abdul Majeed Alnajjar

Abstract
The study of Maqasid al-Sharia (higher objectives of Islamic law) has witnessed a qualitative leap in recent decades, moving towards greater specialization and depth. This is reflected in numerous contemporary dissertations and the abundance of writings and research on Maqasid. Observers of this research momentum note a particular focus on the issue of implementing and activating Maqasid, after the initial stages of Maqasid theory focused heavily on foundational and theoretical aspects. This research paper examines one such contemporary approach (the approach of Abdul Majeed al-Najjar), which focuses on activating the objectives of Sharia. It does so through a central question: What are the features of renewal in the study of Maqasid al-Sharia according to Abdul Majeed al-Najjar? The paper concludes with several key findings, most notably that al-Najjar's qualitative contributions to the science of Maqasid al-Sharia were significant, reflecting the vitality of Islamic law and the need for a Maqasid-based vision in contemporary life to develop solutions and apply them to this ever-changing reality. شهد الدرس المقاصدي نقلة نوعية في العقود الأخيرة اتجهت به إلى مزيد التخصص والتعمق، وهو ما عبرت عنه عديد الأطروحات المعاصرة وغزارة الكتابات والأبحاث المقاصدية. والمتابع لهذا الزخم البحثي يلمس اهتماما مخصوصا بقضية التنزيل والتفعيل للمقاصد بعدما حظي جانب التأصيل والتنظير بحيز هام في المراحل الأولى من التنظير المقاصدي. وتدرس هذه الورقة البحثية أحد هذه المقاربات المعاصرة (مقاربة عبد المجيد النجار) التي اشتغلت على تفعيل المقاصد الشرعية. وذلك من خلال إشكالية مركزية: ما هي معالم التّجديد في الدّرس المقاصدي عند عبد المجيد النجار؟
