منهج الإمام مالك في صناعة التفسير. دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية.

الملخص
الإمام مالك بن أنس رحمه الله موسوعة علمية فريدة العطاء أتقن علم الرواية و الدراية ،و أصّل لمنهج الفهم و الاستنباط فأخرج أنفس المدونات الشرعية الموطأ فأجلى به عن معالم منهجه في التفسير و قواعد استنباطه من الوحيين، و لقد أجاب البحث عن إشكالية منهج مالك في التفسير من خلال منهج علمي يقوم على تأصيل المعارف العلمية و تحليلها ،و استقراء النماذج التطبيقية و استنباط فوائدها ليبيّن مقاصده من إعمال مصادر التفسير إفرادا و تركيبا، سبرا و تقسيما، تنقيحا و ترجيحا ففسر القرآن بالقرآن، فاستخرج ما يعصم به الفهم، و فسر القرآن بالسنّة فاستنبط ما يستقيم به الامتثال، و فسر القرآن بفهم خير القرون فأشار إلى ما يصحّ به العمل، و فسر القرآن بمعهود العرب في الخطاب ليطابق الحمل المراد، و نثر من ممدوح رأيه فبانت ريادته في التفسير و الحديث و الفقه. Malik ibn Anas is a unique scientific encyclopedia. He mastered the science of narration and knowledge, and he established the method of understanding and deduction, so he explained the features of his method in interpretation. The article answered the problem of Malik's method in interpretation through a scientific method based on the rooting and analysis of scientific knowledge, and the extrapolation of applied models and the derivation of their benefits to show the purposes of the research as the implementation of the sources of interpretation individually and in combination, by deduction and division, revision and weighting to obtain the validity of understanding and the integrity of compliance, so he interpreted the Qur’an with the Qur’an, the Qur’an with the Sunnah, and the Qur’an with the understanding of the best of the centuries Keywords: The Holy Quran, the Sunnah of the Prophet, the Interpretation, Malik bin Anas, Al-Muwatta.
