Faslo El-Khitab is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal published trimestrially. It offers free publication, with both a printed edition and an electronic version available through open access and free download. The journal is issued by the Laboratory of Argumentative Discourse, Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret – Algeria.

The journal is dedicated to original studies and rigorous scientific research that meet the highest academic standards of authenticity, novelty, and innovation. Its fields of interest include: criticism, rhetoric, literature, foreign language studies, sociolinguistics and a wide spectrum of linguistic research.

The journal seeks to contribute to the advancement of scientific research by serving academics, doctoral students, and all scholars engaged in the areas of its specialization. It publishes, throughout the year, original research articles, both qualitative and quantitative, in Arabic, English, and French, provided that they have not been previously published, submitted, or are under review in any other journal. Submissions must adhere to methodological rigor, objectivity, accuracy, linguistic soundness, and comply with the author guidelines and template provided in the Author’s Guide.

Faslo El-Khitab Journal is a double blind peer-reviewed journal. It does not have article processing charges (APCs) nor article submission charges.

Open Access Statement: This is an open access journal that provides free, immediate, and unrestricted online access to all its published content for readers around the world.

Plagiarism Policy: The journal strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism. Manuscripts are checked for originality, and any paper found to contain plagiarized content, whether partial or complete, will be rejected immediately. "فصل الخطاب" مجلة علمية متخصصة محكمة فصلية، مجانيّة النشر، لها نسخة ورقية مطبوعة، وأخرى إلكترونية ذات تحميل حر ووصول مفتوح، تصدر عن مخبر الخطاب الحجاجي، جامعة ابن خلدون تيارت ـ الجزائر. تُعنى بالدراسات الأصيلة والبحوث العلميّة الجادة المتسمة بالمعايير العلمية: أصالةً، وجدّةً وابتكاراً، يتمحور مجال البحث فيها: النقد والبلاغة والأدب واللغة. تسعى المجلة للمساهمة في الارتقاء بالبحث العلمي وخدمة كافة الأكاديميين والباحثين من أساتذة وطلبة الدكتوراه ومختلف الفاعلين في ميادين بحث المجلة وتخصصها، فهي تستقبل على مدار السنة، الأعمال العلمية التي تتسم بالأصالة والجدية وتنشر باللغات الثلاث، اللغة العربية، الانجليزية والفرنسية. شرط ألا يكون البحث قد سبق نشره، وأن يخضع للمنهجية والموضوعية، والدّقة، والسلامة اللّغوية، والالتزام بما ورد في التعليمات الموجهة للمؤلف، والنّموذج المثبت في دليل المؤلّف. وعليه فالمجلة تهدف إلى مد الباحثين وكل المهتمين بمرجع علمي أكاديمي نقدي وتحليلي يُعتمَد عليه في البحوث العلمية الأخرى، كما تعكس المجلة رؤى علمية لإشكاليات بحثية مطروحة عمليا.

Manuscript Submission Period

تعلن هيئة تحرير المجلة أنها غير جاهزة لاستقبال مقالات جديدة للنشر من داخل الوطن نظرا للعدد الهائل الذي بحوزتها وينتظر دوره في النشر. وسيتم تحديد موعد إيداع المقالات في تاريخ لاحق.

Announcement

The Editorial Board of the journal informs researchers and doctoral students that the journal is not currently accepting new submissions from within the country due to the large number of manuscripts awaiting publication.
