هيئة الدفاع عن مناضلي جبهة التحرير الوطني ودورها خلال الثورة التحريرية

الملخص
شهدت الجزائر خلال فترة الثورة التحريرية ظهور عدة منظمات محلية ودولية ساهمت في دعم ومساندة الشعب الجزائري وحقه في تقرير مصيره، ومن أبرز هذه المنظمات نجد "هيئة الدفاع" التي أسستها جبهة التحرير الوطني بهدف الدفاع عن المناضلين الجزائريين المتهمين والمسجونين من طرف الاستعمار الفرنسي والتكفل بهم، وقد أولى قادة جبهة التحرير الوطني أهمية كبيرة للدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه الدفاع عن المتهمين الجزائريين في خدمة الثورة والقضية الجزائرية، ففكروا في تكوين فريق محامين يكون تابعاً إدارياً لجبهة التحرير الوطني، تكون مهمته مرافقة المدانين الجزائريين أمام المحاكم الفرنسية وكذلك في السجون والمعتقلات الفرنسية، وقد تم تأسيس هذه اللجنة بشكل رسمي سنة 1956 حيث بدأت نشاطها في خدمة الثورة والمجاهدين. في هذا المقال سأقوم بالتعريف بهيئة الدفاع ومراحل تكوينها، وكذلك الدور الذي لعبته في الدفاع عن المناضلين المتهمين والمعتقلين من طرف الاحتلال الفرنسي، إضافة إلى إبراز دور هذه الهيئة في دعم الثورة التحريرية إعلاميا وسياسياً، وكل ذلك من خلال الشهادات الشفوية للمجاهدين والمناضلين الفاعلين في الثورة التحريرية وكذلك شهادات المحامين الجزائريين والأجانب الذين كان لهم دور في هذه الهيئة. Abstract During the period of the liberation revolution, Algeria witnessed the emergence of several local and international organizations that contributed to supporting and advocating for the Algerian people and their right to self-determination. Among the most prominent of these organizations is the “Defense Authority,” which was established by the National Liberation Front with the aim of defending and caring for Algerian activists accused and imprisoned by French colonialism. The leaders of the National Liberation Front attached great importance to the role that the defense of Algerian defendants could play in serving the revolution and the Algerian cause. They thought about forming a team of lawyers that would be administratively affiliated with the National Liberation Front, and whose mission would be to accompany Algerian convicts before French courts as well as in French prisons and detention centers. This committee was officially established in 1956 and began its activity in serving the revolution and the mujahideen. In this article, I will introduce the Defense Authority and the stages of its formation, as well as the role it played in defending the fighters accused and detained by the French occupation, in addition to highlighting the role of this body in supporting the liberation revolution medially and politically, all of this through the oral testimonies of the Mujahideen and activists active in the liberation revolution. As well as the testimonies of Algerian and foreign lawyers who played a role in this Committee.
