The purpose of this paper is to investigate the marketing challenges and opportunities confronting businesses as they seek to reinforce Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles in virtual work settings. The swift transition to remote work presents considerable obstacles to CSR application, stemming from technological and regulatory limitations and reduced direct contact with employees, clients, and stakeholders. This study aims to offer insights into overcoming these hurdles via innovative frameworks that merge technology with institutional strategies. The analysis yields several conclusions and puts forward practical recommendations that act as a roadmap, directing marketers toward the effective and sustainable long-term implementation of CSR principles in virtual work environments
