الملخص
ان التكنولوجيا في عالمنا المعاصر تعد احدى المجالات الأساسية التي اصبحت تركز عليها الجهود وتسخر لها الامكانيات لما لها من دور فعال في الحياه اليومية للأفراد، ويعد الواقع الافتراضي أحد التقنيات الحاسوبية التي تتضمن محاكاه البيئة الحقيقية أو ثلاثية الابعاد تعمل على نقل الوعي الانساني الى تلك البيئة ليشعر بأنه يعيش فيها، ولقد تم اعتماد هذه التقنية في العمليات التعليمية التعلمية لما لها من أهمية في نقل المعرفة الى الافراد والمجتمعات في العالم بشكل واسع، حيث تعتبر التعلم والتعليم الافتراضي وسيلة هادفة ومهمة وفعالة للوصول الى المعرفة المراد تعلمها وقت حدوثها، وذلك لمسايره متغيرات العصر وتعد المجتمعات التي لا تعتمد على تقنيات وامكانيات وأساليب التعلم الافتراضي مجتمعات تحتاج الى مراجعه سياستها التعليمية، وذلك لوضع الخطة المناسبة للاستفادة من هذه التقنيات ولهذا اهتمت المجتمعات العالمية بالتعلم الافتراضي لما له من اهميه كبيره ومميزات كثيره جعلته محل اهتمام المؤسسات العالمية الدولية، ان التعلم الافتراضي يوفر بيئة تعلم تفاعلية تسمح للمتعلم بالدراسة في الوقت والمكان الذي يفضله، ويتيح عمل مناقشات ومقابلات حية من خلال شبكه الانترنت ويوفر معلومات تلبي احتياجات المتعلمين و يوفر برامج المحاكاة والصور المتحركة وتمارين تفاعليه وتطبيقات علمية. Abstract: Technology in our contemporary world is one of the main areas on which efforts are focused and capabilities are harnessed due to its effective role in the daily lives of individuals. The environment to feel that he lives in it, and this technology has been adopted in the educational learning processes because of its importance in transferring knowledge to individuals and societies in the world in a large way, where virtual learning and education are a purposeful, important and effective means to reach the knowledge to be learned at the time of its occurrence, in order to keep pace with the variables Societies that do not depend on the techniques, capabilities and methods of virtual learning are societies that need to review their educational policy, in order to develop the appropriate plan to take advantage of these technologies. For this reason, the global communities have been interested in virtual learning because of its great importance and many advantages that made it the focus of the interest of international international institutions, that virtual learning It provides an interactive learning environment that allows the learner to study at the time and place they prefer, and allows us to work Straws and live interviews through the Internet and provides information that meets the needs of learners and provides simulation programs, animations, interactive exercises and scientific applications.
