الملخص
ملخص: يتناول هذ المقال دراسة سوسيولوجية تحليلية لمظاهر تطور السلوك الإجرامي وأبعاده الاجتماعية والثقافية في الجزائر، ويركز على التغيرات البنيوية التي شهدها المجتمع وانعكاسها على أنماط الجريمة وأساليبها، مع تحليل أسباب التحولات الحديثة، وتفاعل المؤسسات الرسمية والمجتمعية معها، مركزًا على التغيرات العميقة في أنماط الجريمة وأسبابها الاجتماعية والثقافية. يستعرض المقال كيف أثرت التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية على طبيعة الجريمة، ويحلل تفاعل المجتمع والمؤسسات الأمنية معها. كما يسلط الضوء على التحديات التي تواجه مكافحة الجريمة المتجددة، ويقدم رؤى استراتيجية للمساهمة في تطوير سياسات وقائية فعالة تستجيب للتحولات الراهنة. Abstract: This article presents a sociological and analytical study of the evolving manifestations of criminal behaviour and its socio-cultural dimensions in Algeria. It focuses on the structural changes witnessed by Algerian society and their reflection on crime patterns and methods. analyzes the causes of recent transformations and the interaction of official and societal institutions with them, emphasizing the profound shifts in crime patterns and their underlying social and cultural etiologies. The article reviews how economic, social, and political transitions have influenced the nature of crime, and it analyzes the response of both society and security institutions. Finally, it sheds light on the challenges facing the fight against renewed criminality and offers strategic insights to contribute to the development of effective preventive policies that respond to the current transformations.
