المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعة الجزائرية بين الإرث التاريخي وتحديات التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى استعراض بعض من أدوار المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعة الجزائرية في الحفاظ على الخصوصية التاريخية للمجتمع الجزائري على مر التاريخ، وكذا محاولة ابراز التحديات التي تواجهها في الوقت الحالي، واقتراح حلول لتعزيز دورها في بناء مجتمع المعرفة. وقد أظهرت الجامعة الجزائرية على مر التاريخ دورًا رائدًا في مقاومة الاستعمار وبناء الدولة الجزائرية الحديثة. ومع ذلك، هي تواجه حاليًا تحديات عديدة تتعلق بالتغيرات السريعة في المجتمع والعالم، وتزايد التوقعات الملقاة على عاتقها. و لتتجاوز هذه التحديات، يجب عليها الانفتاح على محيطها السوسيواقتصادي و أن تعزز شراكاتها مع المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص، وأن تستثمر في البحث العلمي والتطوير، وأن تعمل على تطوير برامج تعليمية تركز على المهارات اللازمة لسوق العمل. Abstract: This article aims to review some of the roles of social responsibility of the Algerian university in preserving the historical specificity of Algerian society throughout history, as well as attempting to highlight the challenges it faces at the present time, and propose solutions to enhance its role in building a knowledge society. The Algerian university has historically demonstrated a leading role in resisting colonialism and building the modern Algerian state. However, it currently faces numerous challenges related to rapid changes in society and the world, and increasing expectations placed upon it. To overcome these challenges, it must open up to its socio-economic environment, strengthen its partnerships with civil society and the private sector, invest in scientific research and development, and work to develop educational programs that focus on the skills needed for the labor market.
