Israeli Aggression On Gaza And The Crisis Of Western Human Values: An Analytical Study Of Double Standards

Abstract
The article highlights the hypocrisy in Western humanitarian responses to international conflicts, comparing Ukraine and Gaza. While Western nations, especially the U.S., condemned Russia’s actions in Ukraine as genocide and crimes against humanity, they avoided similar terms for Israel’s assault on Gaza, instead emphasizing Israel’s right to self-defense and labeling Palestinian resistance as terrorism. Civilian suffering in Gaza received little acknowledgment, revealing a double standard in applying humanitarian principles. The contrast exposes selective morality and questions the universality and integrity of international human rights and justice.
