Combating Cybercrime In International Law

Authors : Zaadi Mohamed Djelloul .

Abstract

Cybercrime represents one of the most important contemporary challenges that members of the international community had to raise, given the danger it poses by virtue of the close link between it and the technological development that was embodied in particular in the expansion of the use of internet. From this point of view, no one is safe from the effects of this crime, from the simplest individual to the largest institutions, and even government. These practices include all areas of life, from the simplest to the most complex. The fait accompli explains the strenuous efforts made at the international and national levels to put an end to this phenomenon, and at the same time impose on countries to cooperate with each other in various fields to raise the challenge it pose to the safety and security of international community.
