Abstract
Abstract: Since the right to asylum is one of the universally acknowledged human rights, it receives a lot of attention from around the world. A person whose rights have been seriously infringed upon or endangered is considered a refugee. Due to the growing number of refugees worldwide and the growth of the group of people who are eligible for protection, the subject of refugees has drawn more attention from the international community. In order to address the issue of refugees and provide them with a dignified living, the international community has implemented a number of measures to ascertain their legal status within the country of asylum. All of this necessitates revaluating protection strategies through international collaboration and treating the refugee crisis as a humanitarian crisis above all else.
