Manifestations Of Domestic Violence Against Women In Arab Societies: The City Of Biskra, Algeria As A Model

Abstract

This study aims to identify the manifestations of violence against women in Arab societies, where we provided an overview of the concept of violence and its forms. For the field study, we selected the city of Biskra in Algeria as a model. The study relied on the descriptive method, and a convenience sample consisting of 60 individuals of both genders, women and men, was chosen. We used the questionnaire tool to collect data from the respondents. After presenting and discussing the results, we concluded with the main manifestations of domestic violence against women in the city of Biskra
