الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ظاهرة العنف في المدن، التي تعد تحديا عالميا يهدد أمن المواطنين وسلامة ممتلكاتهم، ويعيق تقدم المدن وتطورها. تعود جذور هذه الظاهرة إلى عوامل متعددة، أبرزها نوعية الحياة والفرص التي توفرها المدن لسكانها، في هذا الإطار تسعي العديد من الهيئات والمؤسسات إلى تطوير أليات فعالة لإدارة وتخطيط المدن، بما يحد من الأثار السلبية للعنف. من بين الحلول المقترحة، يتم التركيز على تبني تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات الحديثة في إدارة البيئة التحتية للمدن. تظهر النتائج ان هذه التقنيات تسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة، وتحويل المدن الى أماكن أكثر أمانا واستدامة، مما يساعد على تخفيف حدة العنف وخلق بيئات حضرية أفضل. كلمات مفتاحية: المدينة؛ تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات؛ العنف. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of urban violence, which is a global challenge threatening the security of Citizen and the safety of their property, as well as hindering the progress and development of cities. The roots of this phenomenon lie in multiple factors, most notably the quality of life and opportunities that cities provide to their residents. In this context, many organizations and institutions are working to develop effective mechanisms for managing and planning cities in ways that reduce the negative impacts of violence. Among the proposed solutions, there is a focus on adopting modern information and communication technologies in managing urban infrastructure. The results show that these technologies contribute to enhancing the quality of life, transforming cities into safer and more sustainable places, thereby helping to reduce the intensity of violence and create better urban environments.
