The Role Of Media Education In Combating Forms Of Cybercrime A Field Study On A Sample Of Families In Biskra City

Abstract
This study aims to explore the role of media education in combating electronic crime. The research community consists of a sample of families in the city of Biskra, selected through purposive sampling based on the presence of their children's use of communication technology. The study adopts a descriptive approach to provide both quantitative and qualitative descriptions of the study results. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. After presenting and analyzing the data, the study concludes that media education plays an informative and educational role in combating cybercrime through media programs and family involvement
