Hybrid Intelligence - A Trustworthy New Paradigm To Substitute Artificial Intelligence And Assume Legal Liability In The Environmental Domain

Abstract
• Abstract: The latest artificial intelligence has brought a revolution in many fields, including the field of environmental policies and legislation, and reveals to the world the tremendous potential that the machine has to improve performance and effectiveness in this field. However, at the same time, unwanted challenges and problems have emerged, requiring careful handling, foretelling a frightening, dark and unreliable side of artificial intelligence. In the following research, it will be important to explore these challenges in depth and look at how to employ hybrid intelligence as a new pattern and a new concept that combines the capabilities of artificial intelligence and human wisdom to achieve the required balance between the capabilities of the machine and human experience. This integrated approach may contribute to enhancing the implementation of environmental legislation and making reliable and more effective decisions in the long term. الملخص: أحدث الذكاء الاصطناعي ثورة في العديد من المجالات، بما في ذلك مجال السياسات والتشريعات البيئية، وتكشف للعالم الإمكانات الهائلة التي التي تتوفر عليها الآلة لتحسين الأداء والفعالية في هذا المجال، ولكن في الوقت نفسه ظهرت تحديات وإشكاليات غير مرغوبة، تتطلب معالجة متأنية، تنبئ عن جانب مخيف ومظلم وغير موثوق للذكاء الإصطناعي في البحث التالي، سيكون من المهم استكشاف هذه التحديات بعمق والنظر في كيفية توظيف الذكاء الهجين كنمط جديد ومفهوم جديد يجمع بين قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي والحكمة البشرية لتحقيق التوازن المطلوب بين قدرات الآلة والخبرة الإنسانية. هذا النهج المتكامل قد يساهم في تعزيز تنفيذ التشريعات البيئية واتخاذ قرارات موثوقة وأكثر فعالية على المدى الطويل.
