Addressing Artificial Intelligence For Environmental Challenges In Algeria: Legislative Prospection And Constitutional Vigilance

Abstract
Modern societies are increasingly interested in the applications of artificial intelligence (AI), particularly in the areas of environmental protection and sustainable development. AI plays a significant role in promoting health and well-being. The principles of environmental law in Algeria include forward-looking measures to keep up with technological advancements and utilize them for environmental preservation. The Algerian constitution also emphasizes the importance of environmental protection, supporting sustainable environmental conservation efforts. While AI offers numerous benefits, it also raises concerns, such as the depletion of non-renewable resources, which contradicts the concept of environmental sustainability and hinders the rights of future generations to a healthy environment
