The Role Of The Russian-ukrainian War In The Emergence Of New Energy Sources For The European Market

Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة تأثير الحرب الروسية الاوكرانية منذ سنة 2022 على الامن الطاقوي الاوروبي بعد العقوبات المفروضة على روسيا من طرف الغرب اثر غزوها لاوكرانيا ،حيث تم بعدها وقف امدادات مصادر الطاقة الروسية عن الاسواق الاوروبية ، من خلال التطرق للاهمية الاستراتيجية لاوكرانيا في المنظور الروسي ، وكذا السياسيات الاوروبية المنتهجة في مواجهة قطع امدادات مصادر الطاقة الروسية من خلال التوجه نحو شركاء جدد بما يسد العجز الذي خلفته الحرب ، وعن الاستراتيجية الروسية في مواجهة العقوبات الغربية المفروضة عليها اثر غزوها لاوكرانيا من أجل ايجاد اسواق بديلة للاسواق الاوروبية لتدارك االتراجع في التصدير This study dealt with the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022 on European energy security after the sanctions imposed on Russia by the West following its invasion of Ukraine, after which the supply of Russian energy sources to European markets was stopped, by addressing the strategic importance of Ukraine in the Russian perspective, as well as the European policies adopted in the face of cutting off the supply of Russian energy sources by heading towards new partners to fill the deficit left by the war, and the Russian strategy in the face of Western sanctions imposed on it after it invades Ukraine to find alternative markets for European markets to remedy the decline in exports.
